Perhaps you are looking for yourself, your team and/or the entire unit. Many of the common problems that you may have experienced with traditional hand wear such as fit, durability, dexterity and protection from liquids have been addressed by our unique hand wear solutions. We encourage you to review the glove styles shown and note that several designs are now approved by the US military and have National Stock Numbers (NSN’s) as noted below.

The story of founding this company and its guiding principles are shared below.

  • In July 2000, prior to 9-11-2001, there was a need/opportunity for improved hand wear, especially for the US military. This was a time of relative peace in the world and few glove companies at this time were investing in improving the product offered to our service men and women. My talents were well suited to design improved hand wear, so against the advice of my friends and peers, I made a decision to quit my wonderful “day” job and invest resources into Masley Enterprises Inc. Fortunately, this decision and commitment has led to successful glove designs that provide protection and comfort to many end users and respectful employment for US workers.
  • The founding principles for this company are the following - Respect for the end user and Respect for the skilled workers that actually make the product. These balanced principles create a healthy environment for innovation and quality. All of the many other interacting business functions serve to meet these two principles.

In closing, as the president of this company, my promise to you is to keep this balance of principles noted above and provide to you “gloves that you’ll actually keep on your hands while performing your mission!”
